Headline numbers

Six numbers at the top, each one a link

Each tile shows the change on the previous period where a comparison is fair, and says why when it is not. Flows carry a sparkline; stocks do not, because a past stock cannot be reconstructed honestly.

Headline numbers
FoundBids in your line that arrived in the period, by the date the buyer published them.

Sections

Six sections, one lead sentence each

Every section opens with the sentence a director would want read aloud, then the charts behind it. Up to four What stands out notes appear above them when something crosses a threshold, and a calm week says so.

Analytics sections
DemandBids found per day, week or hour with the previous period drawn behind, the weekdays buyers publish on, and days of notice from publication to closing, with the median and the share under a week.
DeadlinesA calendar of the next six weeks of closing dates. Each busy day links to the list of bids closing on it.
BuyersBuyer units, buyer groups, categories and source portals, ranked, each with its change on the previous period.
Access and competitionThe split of open, limited, single and government only bids; the firms named on restricted bids, shown once enough firms recur to mean something; what buyers ask for; EMD, turnover floor and experience bands.
Your pipelineFound, Reviewed, Shortlisted, Bidding, Submitted, Won, and why bids did not go forward: assigned elsewhere, screened out, declined or closed with no decision.
ScanX at workHow many bids were checked against your rules, how many matched, what was kept off your list and why, and when each source was last read.

How the numbers are kept honest

Rules the analytics page is built on

Analytics that disagree with the list are worse than none. These are enforced in code and tested.

Analytics invariants
A number is its listEvery count that links to the list equals the length of the list it opens, because both are computed by the same function.
Counted onceA procurement carried by several portals counts once. History never double counts.
Honest historyPeriods before every source was read in full are drawn hatched and labelled partial, never claimed complete.
India timeEvery day, week and deadline is bucketed in IST.
AccessibleEvery chart has a sentence describing it for screen readers and a Show as table switch with the underlying numbers.
Prints as a briefThe page prints to a clean two page brief for a meeting.

Group plan

Company analytics: results, pricing and position

On the Group plan, analytics reaches past the tender list into your own results and your book. Money views are visible to directors only; division users see their own tenders.

Company analytics views
ResultsWon and lost, the gap to L1, how many firms bid and who won instead, from the results your team records.
Pricing coverageHow many open bids have a cost floor from comparable past jobs, and how many rest on fewer than three.
Where you winBooked value and tender flow by channel and division.
Turnover askedHow often a buyer's turnover floor exceeds what your firm can show, and which documents say so.
PositionBooked, earned, expense, profit and margin by division, with every figure's formula and source cell.
Monday briefBuilt at 07:30 IST every Monday and never recomputed: week on week changes, exceptions, cash, bids in hand and results. Twelve lines to email and Slack; two A4 pages to print.
