What each boundary means in practice

Workspaces: One rule set with its own sources, list and digest. Two teams that bid on different things need two, because one list that suits both suits neither. A switchgear desk and a solar desk is the usual reason to move from Desk to Team.
Bid documents per run: How many GeM bid documents are opened and read each hourly run, soonest closing first. Across 24 runs a day, Desk reads up to 720 documents a day, which covers most single trade workspaces with room to spare.
Rules changes: How fast a change to what you match on goes live. This decides how quickly a bad week gets fixed, which is why it scales hardest across the plans.
People with access: Desk uses one team sign in with each person's name recorded on their decisions. Team gives every person a named account. Group adds roles: directors see the book, division users see only their own tenders.
Worth a look and analytics: Team and Group. Worth a look needs a settled rules file to be useful, and analytics needs a few weeks of your own decisions, which is where a Team customer is by month two.
The bid book and ScanX AI: Group. The book is built from the workbooks your finance and project teams already keep. The first import is scoped on a call during onboarding, and ScanX AI answers from it once it is in.
New portals: Group includes one new portal adapter a quarter, where the portal's terms allow it to be read. On other plans a new portal is quoted separately.

Priced by plan, never by the row

Match volume is never metered, so ScanX has no reason to send you more rows: fewer, better rows is the point. Every plan reads every source your trade needs, with AI screening, bid document reading and the shared list included. If a month runs quiet, the rules are revised inside your plan's turnaround.

What buyers ask on the first call

India's central, defence and PSU procurement systems, every hour: GeM's whole bid feed, the CPPP streams (the aggregator, ePublishing and state tenders on GePNIC), CPWD eTender, Defence eProcurement and the defence PSUs' shared portal. Where a buyer publishes on its own tender site rather than the national portals, ScanX builds a reader for that site, and adds new ones on request. Each workspace reads the sources its trade publishes on.

AI reads every match against your firm's own description of its work. A match is set aside only when two models from different companies agree it is outside your line, each quoting the notice word for word, and it stays one click away under Auto-rejected. Worth a look suggests bids your rules missed, in a separate lane. A model never deletes a tender, and anything your team has acted on, or that names your firm as an invited seller, is always kept.
